Diane E. Burgoon, CPCU

Biography. Diane has been with Risk International since 1986. Her current duties involve risk analysis and reporting, with daily tasks including premium and claim accounting, exposure data development, insurance budgeting and insurance renewal management. She also works closely with the claims management function to create efficient methods of performing various tasks. Diane has directed Kaizen Lean Events with several clients to eliminate waste in various processes.

Diane has an extensive background in computer data analysis. She was instrumental in the design and implementation of our in-house claims database, customizing the system to fit the unique needs of each of our customers. She understands the claims systems of several third-party administrators and insurance companies. Diane routinely combines claims data from various sources to provide consolidated reports to our clients.

Diane received her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 2002. She has served on the committees of the local CPCU Chapter and the Charlotte Association of Insurance Women.
