Jon D. Lee, ARM

Biography. Joining Risk International in 2003 as a risk analyst, Jon was promoted to his current position of risk manager in 2009. He continues to provide clients with risk management data analysis, Total Cost of Risk (TCOR) benchmarking, insurance program management and reviews, insurance broker selection, TPA accountability, short-tail claims oversight, and strategic broker relationship management.

Prior to joining Risk International, he was a financial risk analyst for a large specialty jeweler where he developed, maintained and created efficient business processes to reduce financial risk exposures, while reengineering and automating the credit risk reporting function.

Jon holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from The American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and Insurance Institute of America.

Jon is also an active member of the community and enjoys working with the Boy Scouts of America.
